What is personal leadership?
When you practice personal leadership, you lead from the inside out. The process involves asking yourself: How do I need to be, act, and think to become the best version of myself? This development is an ongoing journey that requires regular reflection and self-assessment over time.
Your journey can begin the moment you decide to be the blacksmith of your own success and live a life that reflects your values and goals. You are the artist, and your life is the canvas on which you cast your colors.
Why personal leadership?
My vision in developing people’s personal leadership is to create heroes in companies and in society—role models for others to aspire to. Heroes can take any form, and it is not appearance or physical strength that matters, but the size of one’s heart.
A hero is never born—heroes are made under tough conditions. To succeed, the following character traits are essential:
Purpose
Having something to strive for—a goal, a dream, or a destination. Purpose ensures that the flame continues to burn, even during dark and cold days.
Vision
Being able to see without eyes and perceive something that has not yet taken physical form. Seeing with the mind rather than the eyes is an enormous asset for achieving your goals.
Passion
Channeling your energy into actions that help you reach your goals and realize your dreams.
Integrity
Keeping your promises. If you say you will do something, you do it. This builds both internal and external respect, making reliability a character trait to be counted on.
Persistence
Rising again and again, no matter how difficult it gets. Once you’ve decided on something, you give everything to accomplish it. Persistence is the will to never give up.
Personal leadership is an investment in life

What can Personal Discovery do for you?
As a coach, I aim to help strengthen each individual’s life, which in turn creates a stronger society. Anxiety and mental health challenges are on the rise, both in Sweden and around the world. My goal is to reverse this downward trend.
