Workshop

The workshops I conduct are designed to teach participants how to practically apply the knowledge from my lectures.

I lead workshops for smaller groups to help participants gain a deeper understanding of the process, challenges, consequences, and benefits of getting to know themselves and becoming their own hero.

During my workshops, participants engage in exercises based on the lecture content, and we discuss real-life events and stories.

Participants will learn:
